Bristol University Music Society is one of the largest music societies in the country, with over 350 members and 9 different ensembles. With both auditioned and unauditioned ensembles running, all members are encouraged to take part no matter their ability and BUMS has a brilliant community and friendly spirit! Keen to promote student composers as well as small chamber music groups - our Chamber Music and Composition Networks put on frequent concerts throughout the year. We have multiple award-winning ensembles and go on an international tour every year. With the beautiful Victoria Rooms at our disposal, BUMS put on three incredible concert seasons in the year, and our largest concert takes place in the esteemed St George's Bristol Concert Hall. A busy weekly social calendar culminates at our winter and summer formals!
